Can I install OSX Lion?

Can I install OSX Lion on my PC? My hardware should be listed to the left.
And if so, how do I proceed?

So I gave this guide a go from start to finish, installed a fresh copy of Snow Leopard from retail DVD, but when I go to the App Store (in 10.6.8) and try to purchase OSX Lion it says:
"Your device or computer could not be verified. Contact support for assistance."

Any ideas?

did you run "repair disk permissions" or system utilities? Are you running the latest version of your boot loader? refer to this topic viewtopic.php?f=7&t=24449 and the other one linked inside for help with the mac app store. I was having the same issue but was easily able to fix it.

com.apple.Boot.plist:
<key>PCIRootUID</key>
<string>1</string>
and removing the NetworkInterfaces.plist

was able to fix my video display from 1024x768 to 1280x1024
And now I am able to purchase OSX Lion from the app store.

After it finishes downloading I will follow the installation method as seen here:

And hopefully find a fix for my audio! Everything else seems to be working flawlessly though.. No more stuttering either.
