booting from unibeast without running the installer

Hi I have a hp pro book 4530s hackintosh (stable for 18 months) and I am unable to boot from hd using -x -f -s or any other arguments I can boot to my unibeast usb my question is can i boot with out going through the installation process.

Yes. Or at least you can try. Select your HDD instead of USB when the bootloader appears. If you'll think back to your installation process, you did exactly that when you originally installed.
