Blurry Fuzzy font on z50-70

I've installed Mojave on my laptop with this guide. Everything works fun except one thing All fonts in any app looks blurry and fuzzy eyes get tired.
Pictures and video are fine only text make me sad.
I've tried to enable HiDPI mode on my resolution 1920x1080
I've tried this guide, used force RGB mode (my monitor is not external - built in display)
I've tried uncheck use font "smoothing when available" - just font getting bold, that's all
I've tried

defaults write -g CGFontRenderingFontSmoothingDisabled -bool NO

then

defaults -currentHost write -globalDomain AppleFontSmoothing -int 1

Nothing helps. By the way when I switch to Windows OS font are great.

How can I fix it?

P.S. This problem was in 2016 too so int's not Mojave problem
