Bluetooth not working (Internal BCM94352/20702A3)

I've been trying to get this working for the past few days, thinking I've viewed most threads on here for a solution. I'm a hackintosh newbie, so a lot of the tech stuff goes in over my head.

I'm running a March 2016 Customac Mini Deluxe, so the mobo is a Z97. I recently replaced the mini pci-e card so I could get native bluetooth working on my desktop. From what I can see everything should be working fine, the hardware shows up and everything says it should be working, however bluetooth preferences can't find any devices and is just endlessly searching. I've attached a few shots of the hardware.

Any help would be great, pulling out my hair here. No regrets though, this Hackintosh has become my central work computer, well worth the plunge.

UPDATE: Just tried to look for it on my phone, so the issue seems to mainly be that it cant' find any devices. Frustratttting.

First question - do you have an antenna attached to the Bluetooth antenna connector? I've found that it usually works best if it's horizontal (i.e. parallel to the floor if in a tower case).

It's a gigabyte antenna that came with my mobo, so it's an antenna at the end of a wire. Just moved it down lower and seems to have produced results? Or at least, result. Maybe it's the antenna that's causing my grief then. I'm gonna pop out today and get a pair of new ones and post the results.

Well I had a moment with it last night where it would intermittently find devices, managed to connect and play with my Wiimote successfully. That being said this morning it seems to be worse than ever, phone can't find it anymore.
