Bluetooth broken after 13.4.1 update

I recently updated to Ventura 13.4.1 and after the update, bluetooth is no longer working. Thinking the usb bluetooth adapter may no longer be working, I purchased a new one with no luck. Hackintool is detecting the adapter but I'm not able to enable bluetooth in macOS. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've attached my IORegistryExplorer output and screenshots from Hackintool. Do you have 2 x Bluetooth modules connected to your system BCM2070B0 and BCM20702A0, both on USB port HS04, a 4-port USB2 Hub? As that is what I am seeing in your IOReg.

Posting a copy of your USBPorts.kext, USBMap.kext or UTBMap.kext would be helpful so we can see what you are doing regarding the USB Port Configuration for your Z97X-UD5H motherboard.

I have attached a copy of the USBPorts.kext I created for a nearly identical Hackintosh system, Z97X-UD5H/i7-4790K/RX580 that was placed in a Fractal Design R5 case. This may help you if you are having issues with your USB configuration. The ports on there rear I/O plate will be the same, but your use of the Internal USB2 and USB3 headers (serving your case front USB ports and bluetooth devices) is likely to be different.

I just have one bluetooth module plugged into HS04. Attached is my USBPorts.kext file. I tried the kext file you attached with no luck.
