Yes disable the built-in WiFi & BT modules, if you are using the TP-Link T6E WiFi & IOGear Bluetooth (Broadcom based) card & dongle.

I would strongly recommend looking at the USB guide linked above by @Feartech as you are not doing yourself any favours with your current USB configuration.

Starting from fresh would be your best option, i.e. remove the USBPorts.kext, UTBMap.kext & USBToolBox.kext. Add USBInjectAll.kext and enable the Kernel > Quirks >XhciPortLimit entry in your config.plist. This will allow you to discover all your USB ports and then whittle it down to 15 x USB ports for the XHCI USB controller.

Thanks! I followed the troubleshooting step to look at the syslog and looks like there is no error and bluetooth dongle is being recognized. Do I need to tune the parameter?
