I'm trying to do a new build, but when I start the machine up and go into the BIOS, boot menu or QFlash screens the screen is cut in half/scrambled (see attached photo), and I'm basically stuck. The initial splash screen displays fine, but after that it goes wonky. I've tried connecting both to the DVI port on the motherboard and the DVI port on a separate PCI-e graphics card, and it's the same result either way. Does this sound like a motherboard/hardware issue, or do I need to try connecting to a different monitor? Here are the specs:
Gigabyte GA-H77-DS3H
16 GB DDR3 RAM
Intel Core i5 3470 CPU
Apple 23" Cinema display
Thanks in advance for any help.
