Big Sur installation crashed - PC restarted and booted to windows

I finally got to the recovery MacOS, selected my ssd to install big sur. After 15 minutes the installation crashed or i dont really know. PC just rebooted to windows.

MY specs:
Asrock b550m pro v4
ryzen 5 3500x
rx570

I am adding my EFI folder with Opencore txts

It's the 12 minutes error. I found many people have the same problem. But I dont know how to fix it. Any help?
