Best tools for G5 modding?

I am about to start my G5 case mod and was wondering what tool would be best used for cutting out the back I/O panel? Would you use a dremel tool or a jigsaw? And what other tools come in handy when modding a g5? This is my first mod so i don't want to ruin the case!

I grabbed a dremel 3000 model and used these cutting wheels...

Used about 10 wheels for each of my two G5 projects, mind you I did a lot of other cutting beyond just the back panel.
