Hello,
i recently finished building my Hackintosh Laptop (Sony Vaio VPFC22L1E) with all it's features but I noticed that somehow the battery is draining very very fast. For example: I installed the DisableTurboBoostBattery.kext to keep my Laptop on battery power only at 792 Mhz but even then I lose 1% in about 1,5 minutes.

I have created a SSDT with Piker-Alpha's script and according to AICPUPMInfo.kext i get these states:
8 ,23, 24, 27 , 29. DropSSDT is enabled and CreateP/C states is disabled

Here is my IOREG: View attachment Liliana's iMac.ioreg

Ups, somehow it posted it in the wrong theard.... Sorry for that.

Could be lack of GPU PM. See: http://www.tonymacx86.com/mountain-...tive-ivy-bridge-cpu-gpu-power-management.html

I've been trying to change the SMBios to make it work with my Sandy Bridge Core, but every time I reboot the system I get a black screen after the Apple Logo. I can only acces the system if I close the laptop, wait until it goes to sleep and open it then again. I tried to boot without the SSDT, DSDT, smbios but nothing worked. any ideas what might cause that?

You should use an SMBIOS that has nvidia. You probably also need to inject some properties for your nvidia. I'm not familiar with the details since I don't have any nvidia hardware.

I've played a little bit with my SMBios but unfortunately there is no Mac with SandyBridge and Nvidia Graphics :(

Some the iMacs have nvidia... Do some exploring on everymac.com.

Already did. These are the only Mac's that have a Sandy Bridge Core:

Mac-942B59F58194171B / iMac12,2

Take a look at /System/Library/Extensions/AppleGraphicsControl.kext/Contents/PlugIns/AppleGraphicsDevicePolicy.kext/Contents/Info.plist... ConfigMap section.

Greate, thanks. I finally managed to boot with the 8,1 smbios and with 8 P-state's [ 8 11 15 19 23 27 29 ] instead of 2. (Funny that i have 0 C-States, hmm) Now I tried to modify the AGPM.kext but everytime I add the NGFX entry it fails to boot. (Black screen - Sleep and wake doesn't work either this time)
Here is the new ioreg, it might help: View attachment Liliana's iMac.ioreg

I think it is better to rename the object in DSDT... (to GFX0). Note if there is integrated present (usually already GFX0, it must be renamed, usually to IGPU).
