So, after many,many attempts i still didn't manage to get my audio fully working.I own a GA-Z68AP-D3,bios version F4+F4 DSDT.I installed ALC8xxHDA&AppleHDARollback with latest Multibeast.I'm on 10.7.1,there are others reporting working audio but they have either different OS version either different BIOS&DSDT version,so i'm a bit lonely in-here...
Anyways,my situation is this:
-Clean install Lion from xMove created USB Lion Installer partition
-Download combo update 10.7.1 and install(not "multibeasted yet")
- Boot in 10.7.1,no volume in menu bar,if i go into system profile it says "Intel High Definition Audio Device" but no outputs/inputs are listed.
-i install DSDT+ALC8xxHDA&AppleHDARollback
-once rebooted,i get the volume control up in the menu bar
At this point,in "output device" i get:
1.Headphones
2.Line Out
3.LIne Out
4.Digital Out
and in "Input device" i get:
1.Line in
2.Digital In
3.USB Audio Device(my webcam has an internal mic)
The problem is that my headphones are working,but my rear output doesn't.The rear pink input(mic) works though.
Searching the net i found this kext: http://www.kexts.com/view/1230-bin_patched_applehda.kext_alc889_10.6.8_10k521.html ,a certain Bin patched AppleHDA.kext ALC889 10.6.8 10K521.Installing this with Kext Utility,i do get rear output sound correctly,but my headphones are dead.The rear pink input still working.
This time,my output devices are listed as:
1.Internal Speakers...<<.....Where.....>>...1.Headphones
2.Headphones...........<<......first......>>...2.Line Out
3.Line Out................<<......they......>>...3.Line Out
4.Digital Out.............<<......were.....>>...4.Digital Out
Is there a way to combine these 2 kexts so i can get my both outputs working?
