glad to meet you here Casey, I once followed your guide to have my hack installed using Vision D&fenvi T919, recently I had my sys upgrade to 12.3, since then, there have been bugs, I gave up on the i225V issue, but the T919 issue——panic after waking from sleep, is really a pain.Fenvi FV-T919 is plug and play compatible. No device properties or other changes needed. However, sometimes we need to install it in a different PCIe slot.
The i225-V issue on Z490 Vision D and G has been fixed. We just need to update the i-225V firmware. It worked successfully, but there is a problem only with the Fenvi T919 wireless network card that does not work, and the Bluetooth and what follows

yes, USB port discovery should be done on all machinesFrom your description Wifi is not working, as such I would check your BIOS configuration / motherboard manual to see if the PCI configuration can be changed to set the PCI generation or place the fenvi card in a different slot (i.e. PCI-E x1, PCI-E x4).
From reports and my experience the Fenvi T919 is sensitive to being placed in specific PCI slots

Hello, I have a fully functional build under Mojave 10.14.4 (Gigabyte Z390M Gaming + i5 8600K + RX580). To finalize it and benefit from the handoff/continuity services, I added a Fenvi FV-T919 wifi/bt broadcom-based card (it took 3 weeks for the card to come from china). GUYS! I just ordered Fenvi FV T919 for 60$, but I forgot I have PCIe 1x slot unavailable as my GPU is too big (its taking 2 “outputs” from the case) and it’s just next to the slot. See picture of my motherboard and computer: I would need to use that last PCIe slt as you can see. Is that...www.tonymacx86.com
Regarding USB, this should only apply if you have bluetooth/usb sleep/wake related issues, which is what the Fenvi bluetooth header plugged into the motherboard is used for. There the solution is a custom SSDT or kext as noted by @Feartech
