The main problem is when i plug in ASUS USB-BT400 Bluetooth 4.0 USB nothing happening and i wonder what the problem could be.
Everything else working perfectly without any hiccups.

I have the latest OS X Mojave 10.14.6 inc supplement update.

My Hackintosh is :

intel 9900K
Gigabyte Designare Z390
64Gb Corsair 3200 Mhz
Gigabyte AMD RX 580 AORUS 8GB
Samsung 970 Evo Plus 2TB
Samsung 860 4TB SSD
and 10 TB backup disk

I'm using this bt usb receiver. it's perfect with my setup. On my board Asus z390-e, I turned off wifi/bt in bios settings since onboard bt wasn't playing nice with this usb receiver. If you use onboard wifi then this may not work for you.
I'm on 10.14.6 and have this kext in /Library/Extensions (installed with kextbeast).
Hope this helps.

Yeah, install a Apple compatible bluetooth/wifi card. One with the little USB cable that connects to the motherboard header. If you already did then you need to make a USB SSDT to enable that port and set it to internal.
