Anyone knows why the RX 5500 XT detected as PCIe x16 after upgrading to Monterey although its a PCIe x8
or there is something wrong.

Could be because it is displaying the speed/width of the PCIe slot, not the speed of the card.
 
It's purely cosmetic, the Graphics/Displays report doesn't change how the system uses the dGPU.
