Hey there,
My hack ran great for quite a while now. Suddenly this morning it was off even though I didn‘t switch it off. Trying to switch it on again made it suddenly go out after only lighting the power LED for a second.
Luckily I had an identical PSU laying around. Switching it to a different PC where the other one was built in showed it worked perfectly. After building it back it worked again but only brought the system to Error Code 00 on the Mainboard. No further boots, no video. Fans working. Tried both PSUs with the same result. So think it‘s not a PSU issue.
Also tried disconnecting all hardware (RAM, GPU, Network, etc.) without luck. Flashed a new Bios via Flashback - also didn‘t help. As I found evidence around the Web that a miscontacted CPU could be the problem I completely removed and build it in again - but again no luck.
No matter what I do all I get is the Error 00.
Any idea? Unfortunately Error 00 isn‘t really documented.
Cheers,
Frank
