would be good for the job because i saw the new Mac Pro has a AMD Graphics card and what would be great for video editing..

i need advice on what the best components for video editing are, i would be running Final Cut Pro X, Premiere Pro, After effects, more etc..

Have you looked at any of the video editing machines in the User Builds or Golden Builds forums?
