All USB Port did not work

Hi @tonymacx86 and all other,
Help
I have a problem with my USB Ports. All USB port did not work...in the clover and Bios they work 100%?! When I boot external after maybe 2-3 minutes the screen shows a stop since. But i can boot Recovery without a stop since.
And that i come to the menu where i can choose the language...but i can do nothing ...than the USB ports didn’t work...
Habe you an idea ?
