after update problem booting

Hello
when i updated ( previous update ) I could boot only in verbose mode. Normal mode it would get stuck on 3⁄4 of the apple logo boot screen.
please help!

Boot your system in Verbose Mode and post a picture of your screen when it freezes/hangs.
At Clover Boot Screen press space bar and select Verbose (-v)

In verbose mode it doesnt freezes just loads normaly
