Add Nvidia Quadro NVS 4200M to nvidia.c

This is my first post so go easy on me

Please add Nvidia Quadro NVS 4200M to nvidia.c in libsaio. I've posted an SVN diff of a test that I made of this mod using Chimera 1.5 source (or at least the latest SVN trunk) and a screenshot of the related system information.

(will post a guide to an almost complete Dell Latitude E6420 Lion install when i've sorted a few more niggles).
