Because the USB2 and USB3 use the same port.

Are you saying there are two (physical) ports?
Or are you saying there is a single port which you can plug either a USB2 or USB3 device?
If it is the former, you have additional explaining to do.
If it is the latter, the port is simply a USB3 port, and you should comment as appropriate.

Confusing comments make it difficult to understand your actual USB topology.

I mean the second one, it is actually an USB3 port. Sorry for my mistake.

So, there is no way to fix the shutdown issue? After select shutdown, but the fan is still running and the power button is on.

Problem report.

Use verbose boot to get verbose shutdown.
There may be something in those logs that provide a clue.

Also:
- try AptioMemoryFix-64.efi instead of OsxAptioFix*.efi
- try keeping all ports on XHC, disable EHCI controller (as in u430 example in the USBInjectAll guide)
- try "shutdown fix" patch
- it seems strange your laptop has no camera, no bluetooth (neither seen in ioreg)
- HDMI audio seems broken (according to ioreg). Refer to the FAQ for guide.
- try disabling certain devices to help isolate the problem (such as the card reader, WiFi, etc)
- remove software you installed that is not needed (example: com.squirrels.airparrot.framebuffer)
- fresh install if needed

Ok, I reinstalled the system and the shutdown issue appeared with verbose. See the photo.
Is the problem causes by USB or WiFi Card?

I have changed the USB setting as you suggested. The camera came back, but still no bluetooth.
See the problem report. The shutdown issue is stil there.

The hardware in your profile may work better with FakePCIID_XHCIMux.kext.
Details in the USB guide:
