Hi, sorry for my english, it possible to do hakintosh on aspire 5742g?
I have this configuration from year 2011:

AS5742G-484G64Mnkk
CPU Intel® Core™ i5-480M (4th gen.), HDD 640 GB, 4 GB RAM, Nvidia® GeForce® GT 540M 2 GB DDR3.

In the last 2 years, I have replaced the factory HDD, with a 512 SSD (SAMSUNG EVO 860) and upgraded RAM from 4 to 8GB (Crucial CT2KIT51264BF160B).

Is it possible to run osx on this configuration?

If it can be done, which version should I install, 10.9?

The real difficulty, in my opinion, is finding the right kext for all hardware!

Your hardware is most similar to MacbookPro6,2 (it had an Arrandale CPU option), so presumably you can run High Sierra. But if there are problems, considering going to El Capitan.
