As tonymacx86 suggests here http://tonymacx86.blogspot.com/ in his Budget Power Build 3 I would reuse some components I already have for the unlucky G31M-ES2L.
In other words I'd change the motherboard, processor and RAM but save GPU, HDs and DVD writer, power supply unit, case etc.
Thus the "new" build consists in (reused gear in Italics):
Core i7-870 (or i5 760)
Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD3
8GB DDR3 RAM
Radeon HD 5770 Vapor-X
Scythe Mugen II rev. B
650W Enermax PSU
3 Western Digital Caviar Green HD
LG DVD Writer/Reader
Cooler Master Aluminium Case
Is this a good build?
Thanks
Michael
