Hello there!

First of all, I want to thank everyone for all the messages on this board.
The amount of information is really really helpful.

So, I need a computer, I will only use that computer for music production.
And I have couple of questions regarding
1.CPU Cooler
2.Graphics Card
3. Motherboard
4. Interface

1.

I need a very silent computer. The suggestion is Corsair H60

Is it dead silent?
What are the other alternatives?
The Zalman CNPS8000B Low Profile (Air) is currently out of stock.

2.
Regarding the Graphic Card, I don't need that fancy card suggested:
EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB SSC

But, do I even need a graphic card to use Ableton? Can't I use the built-in graphic card?
I can save some $

3.
I can't find the Gigabyte GA-Z170X-UD3 or any others Mother Board suggested in the list:
Gigabyte GA-Z170X-UD3 Ultra
Gigabyte GA-Z170X-UD5
)
at the moment. Sold out pretty much everywhere in France.
Will try other stores. But the price of the UD3 suddenly rises of 30euros for no reason!

What's the cheapest/simplest/OK alternative?

4.
I've been using this really useful USB ADAT interface to connect my Expert Sleepers ES-3 coupled with an ES-6 to record my Modular System. But I'm not sure if this interface will work with a Hackintosh. Couldn't find any thread/message about it.
I'm sure I'm not the only one to use eurorack modular and hackintosh...any help would be appreciated.

Other components are from the Custom Mac Pro and should be no problem:
-Core i7-6700K (already ordered it)
-Crucial Ballistix Sport LT (16GB)
-Samsung 850 EVO 500GB

-Corsair RM 650x Watt

As I'm a newbie, I wanna go for the easy route (installation wise).

If you have other suggestions for a dedicated music production computer, I'd be glad to read them.

Cheers,
J-P

bump?

I'm ordering and still not sure about the Mother Board replacement for Gigabyte GA-Z170X-UD3?
