10.8.4 No sound, No Video on youtube, pr on the computer

No Audio, Cant play videos on Facebook or youtube or any video files, No Quicktime In system Preferences

Hi my build was really good, and had no problems with it, until I Updated to 10.8.4 last week i believe, I was wondering if anyone can help me with this problem?

Most likely the video will start working once the audio starts. How does the video behave, is it just black or does it start to play and then freeze up? Have you tried using a voodooHDA kext?
