I tried it out- works as advertised, although the video quality is not as good as iChat.
 
I think in order for it to work, you also have to update your iPhone 4 to the latest IOS firmware... that sux. :think:

My issue is how often Apple will require a firmware update on the iPhone 4 and what is the latest jailbreak version since my iPhone 4 is jailbroken. Luckily, a jailbreak for 4,1 was released a few days ago so it's fine for now.

As far as FaceTime goes, I got only one successful FaceTime connection out of about 20 attempts that went through from my PC to the iPhone. It failed every time when attempting from the iPhone 4 to the PC.
