10.13.3: System crashes and graphic glitch after wake up

Hi there,

my system keeps crashing after random wake ups. It's unresponsive and shows the following:

I'm using the following kexts

AppleALC.kext
FakePCIID_Intel_HD_Graphics.kext
FakePCIID.kext
FakeSMC_ACPISensors.kext
FakeSMC_CPUSensors.kext
FakeSMC_GPUSensors.kext
FakeSMC_LPCSensors.kext
FakeSMC.kext
IntelGraphicsFixup.kext
IntelMausiEthernet.kext
Lilu.kext

and can't find any possible traces within the logs.

Do you have any idea what could cause the problem or where I could start searching? I had a similar graphic glitch on boot (multiple apple logos) but was able to fix it with IntelGraphicsFixup.

I'm not sure if this is still the case, but I know FakeSMC_GPUSensors.kext has crashed a lot of systems in the past.
