upgrade i3 to i7

I need to upgrade my Probook A7k06UT from an i3 to an i7. When i Dj I have to much going on and it has gotten stuck before so I'm fed up and now want to upgrade. Pretty much i need to know if i can do the upgrade and if so to which processor specifically. Please I need to know before Feb 8, 2013
