After making some research and with the intel from @Jamesbond007 I got the global idea for my build.

Intel Core Kabylake i7-7700K
AMD 5770 or GTX1050 video card

From reading the GC-Alpine-Ridge compatibility it seems to support thunderbolt and it is a m ATX.
Also from reading the specs on the gigabyte website it says it does have a thunderbolt add in card connector.
