stuck on apple screen

hi and thanks for help (dell i5 intel hd 3000 , 4 g ram) i tried to install mac os x sierra on my laptop dell using usb (16g) first i use a mac to creat a bootable usb using unibeast 7 and sierra and when i start using the usb to instal mac os x sierra on my laptob i get this probleme
