Help with installation on Asus P8P67 LE

I have the following system:

Asus P8P67 LE
Intel i5 2500k
12 Gb Gskill RipJaws
Nvidia GTX 480

How would i go about installing OSX on this machine? Alos, how would i go about setting up Dual Booting with Windows 7 Ultimate?
