[Success] El Capitan - GA-X97X-Gaming 3 + I7 4790K + GeForce 770 GTX I have a very similar setup, but I cant get to the installation window of el capitan. No matter what I try, the Error is always the same. I'd really appreciate it if someone could take a look. I'm quiet lost.. :-( Cheers, Alex

UPDATE: I also tried: - I put the fakeSMC.kext into EFI/CLOVER/kexts/others and erased all the others - I set injectkexts to YES - I ran the clover configurator and checked ACPI/FixDisplay - I made sure config.plist Graphics / Inject / Intel is set to <true/> - I change version to 10.11.10...

I have a similar problem. I also can't reach the installation screen but in verbose mode it looks a little bit different. I already tried a couple of things and combinations, but nothing worked so far, can you make a sense of it? Thank you very much! :)

Okay, I installed everything from the beginning again. BUt this time just installed one at a time and didnt install the audio driver yet. I got the same strange problem :D Everytime I restart, my desktop is messed up - but I found out, if I remove my dvi d cable and put it back on, my screen is...

Just rebooting? Or do I need to run Multibeast and select my audio driver with dsdt as well?

Yep, you are totally right. I bought a new DVI cable and now everything is working very good. The only problem left is the sound :D You are such a genius, I cant believe it. What dsdt edits do I have to implement? Thank you so much or everything by the way. Will definitely contribute

Well, or I get a DVI cable. There is a slot avaiable. OKay I installed audio and network drivers, like yesterday. But now when I get to the "DEsktop" my screen is a full mess. There is absolutely nothing to see. I now have to type GraphicsEnabler=No again :/

WOOOOHHH this looks delicious. I took my hdmi cable, connected it with hd4000 and my TV, because my monitor doenst support hdmi. I coud boot in 20 seconds and only typed -v. Nothing else!

Okay I just wrote, that the HD4000 doenst work with VGA and that I need DVI or HDMI. Is that true?

Okay UPDATE :D : If I just type GraphicsEnabler=No thats enough to get to the desktop. What does that mean for me? CPU works but HD4000 doesnt yet?

I am using a VMA cable. I did not type GraphicsEnabler=Yes, I didnt give any command at all. Shall I try it with "Yes"
