My Catalina Opencore build isn't recognizing Thunderbolt devices via Thunderbolt port on my Z390 Designare MB. I currently have a TB3 > TB2 adapter connected to my LaCie Drive and nothing. It recognizes USB-C but not Thunderbolt. Any help would be appreciated.

If I do end up doing a clean install I'll do the (Prevent APFS - option). It would be nice to find a fix though. Anyone else have a suggestion?

I have tried several times fixing the USB 3 ports but maybe I wasn't doing it right. I installed FAKESMC.kext, and USBInjectAll.kext in the kexts - 10.13 folder.
