Received a usb 3.0 flash drive today and thanks to the info in this thread I got it to work in my 3.0 port.
Initially, it was not recognized in 3.0 nor 2.0 ports. The CalDigit kexts from MultiBeast 5.2.0 did not work but the LaCie 1.0.10 did! I am on 10.8.2
However, I have a question...
i have set my oc to 4.3 and it is fine under windows
however in os x my msrdumper results are only 16 and 33 (2500k)
i enabled c and p states in my boot plist and my system def is imac12,2
i also patched my appleintelcpupowermanagement.kext using flaked's speed_stepper_lion_gm

i have a p8p67 pro and i can't get sleep to work.. do you think you can post which kexts you installed? thanks!
I have the same card, but under "About this Mac" my Graphics section says "ATI Radeon HD 6xxx 1024 MB". Did you have to do anything to make yours say 6870 instead of 6xxx?
i'm building a g5 using the same tray and was thinking the single 80mm fan wouldn't be sufficient also. good to see two 80mm fans will fit! i was also thinking of using a 80mm to 120mm adapter (permitting that it fits), as it involves less cutting and will probably be less noisy
my cpu...
I'm trying to prepare the usb drive right now, just wondering if you are supposed to choose GUID or MBR when formatting? The guide says GUID but when I was doing something similar for my netbook I set the installation drive to MBR. Thanks
