Hello Neilhart, am thinking to do almost same type of MOD you have done. my questions or to be more correct interest is from what case did you remove those PCI slot setup seen in this picture http://www.1neilhart.com/white/4-3-PCI-Slot.jpg so I can find and buy that case.
