    this!! thank you. i was pulling my hair out trying to figure this out. i was even more confused and went down a wrong path because when i prepared the installer with usb legacy support and messing around in bios it actually worked once and managed to install. i have the gigabyte p55a ud4 bios...

    I am able to get to the installer on my Desktop for Mavericks Unibeast USB Installer with USB Legacy Support. However my USB keyboard and mouse won't function. I messed around with my BIOS settings and once I got the keyboard mouse to work but it is not working again. I know I am missing one...

    Sorry to revive this thread but I have similar sort of hardware to the OP and looking to install OSX Snow Leopard. Basically my hardware is: Intel core i5 750, Gigabyte P55A UD4, ATI Radeon 4850 X2 512Mb, 4x2Gb Kingston DDR3 1333MHz From the research I have done all the hardware should be ok...
