With manually load https://github.com/usr-sse2/Black80211-Catalina kext, my 5GHz wifi can only have 11Mbps and unstable ping. I would suggest go with https://github.com/OpenIntelWireless/itlwm/releases/tag/v1.1.0, which can load airportitlwm in OC 0.6.1 and the 5GHz speed could be 80Mbps and...
I tried itlwm v1.1.0 with AirportItlwm Beta which is pretty good. With OpenCore 0.6.1 with SIP enabled, just need to put AirportItlwm.kext in OC/kexts/ and reload config. My AC9560 can have 80Mbps 5GHz with reasonable ping response time. itlwm might be the most workable intel wifi driver! Nice work.
Thanks! You are the hero!
I tried this with latest 1.6.5 BIOS, boot with a USB EFI shell, setup_var, inject intel, dual monitor (1 DP + 1 HDMI) HD530 works!
For Optiplex 7040, you need to enable CPU XD support in BIOS.
Otherwise you will stuck in row of plus sign or reboot.
BTW, because of DVMT prealloc issue, you might need SKLFramebuffer patch to fit 32MB or enlarge DVMT. another option is use GT 630 which is OOB.
System: GA-B250M-D3H (ALC 892) i7-7700k with DP port
Symptom: Can see devices and when inject headphone into green port can see device name change from internal speaker to headphone, but still no sound.
Command Ouput of audio_cloverALC-120.command_v1.0f

OK to patch
Confirm Realtek ALC892...
I've a working Z170-HD3 DDR3 same with you. And everything works includes sleep with my GT 630.
So I think there must something wrong with your BIOS setting or CLOVER configuration...
I am using i3-7100 and I think I've done the USB patch / native power management and IGPU rename.
But once wake from sleep, it just reboots.
Does anyone have any idea?
Attached is my CLOVER configurations and IORegistry export.
The max port limit patch is not a perfect solution. There are some reason apple make the 15 port limit.
Another point is, to make a customized SSDT for your usb isn't that hard, you just need to find out he exact usb port number for your motherboard.
I think that's one of the interesting part...
Thanks! The framebuffer DP2HDMI patch is exactly what I am looking for to make the GA-Z170-HD3 built-in HDMI port with HD 530 to have 2K resolution output!
With InjectIntel + ig-platform-id 0x1912000 and patch port 0x5 from DP to HDMI, now I can have 2k resolution!:headbang:
Yes, I have a working 7.0 bios with i3-7100. Everything works even with 2K output with HD 630 in displayport.
Before upgrade to 7.0, I had encountered random hang when browsing internet. But after upgrade to 7.0 everything seems ok!
In general, the case you need nv_disable=1 is when native driver not work or web driver not work due to new osx update.
After you install nvda web driver, you should use nvda_drv=1 only.
Then graphics should work correctly.
After upgrade to 10.10 and using the latest nvidia web driver, my EVGA GT730 is working great.
Both OpenCL and OpenGL are working. No more patching required.
