Unfortunately I cannot get it to work with or without step 9. The code in my file has some subtle differences to that in the OP screenshots so I may be doing something wrong. Will keep trying and will see if I can get some advice from Dolnor.

Will this fix only work in Hacks with boards using ALC892 sound? Mine has ALC1150 sound but I would love to get it working after sleep!

Clover config is fine, just be careful to use it with caution to modify your config.plist!:P

Hi Jay, What about the "Board ID" - is that a generic value related to the system type or is it generated by Clover? I note that my Hackintosh iMac14,2 Board ID is identical to the one in the images in your guide...

It works! I used Clover Configurator to modify my config.plist, ticking the "Fast boot" box in the Boot section. It boots directly into Yosemite without showing the Clover screen. Thanks! :)
