You would need another video source be it onboard or video card to install the software first. Even after you install the software though I imagine it won't display anything until your operating system boots ( won't show bios or anything prior). So as long as your ok with using an on board video...

FIXED! I bought a Sabrent USB-SND8 usb sound card. :clap: It works without the need to install a kext and it sounds great. Also it gives me 2 mic in's a line in and a optical in out at my finger tips on my desktop.

Just running nvenabler and it's running great. BTW I solved the audio issues.....I bought a usb audio card. :lol: Sabrenet USB-SND8 Works great! Also gives me two audio inputs.
Nada and there isn't a bios reset button there are jumpers to reset cmos. Audio is turned on in the bios and hda is selected. I still don't get why I'm having issues. It still reads no on board audio device in the system profile in lion. If I switch back to snowleopard its fine.
