After struggling to update to 10.6.8 i manage to download lion and made the installer disk, but i get a KP when i try to restart on the installer disk to complete the installation. If someone can help. I have attached the picture of the boot with "-v".

Thanks to neysito and tofuconfetti :headbang: I was having problem for the past week but never associated them with usb3 now that i disabled usb3 in bios everything works fine, and no more boot problem and wating up to 10 minutes to use my mouse and keyboard.

I finally resolved my boot problem :) The problem had to do with the usb3 hub included with this board. Thanks to the guys in this link viewtopic.php?f=7&t=28162&start=0 Hope we get a fix soon. Now up to lion.

Ok system is completed after many hours of reading and messing with installation :D . I used the dsdt from the database,everything seems to work, but it takes about 8 to 10 minutes to boot? I attached a screen shot of my extra folder, anything wrong or missing in there that could help speedup...
