Hello Smoosajee, just wanted to let you know my hack is experiencing the same frustrating issue. It seems to me to be some sort of video glitch where the system is trying to process something, before timing out and logging out as a safety measure.
Thanks for your help. This, after a clean install, finally got things in working order.
There were system files from my Mavericks install that were causing things to act funky.
Lingering issues:
No sound after sleep
No bluetooth wakeup / need to reconnect my bluetooth mouse after every sleep
Unable to boot after installation. I get stuck on Apple screen. Progress bar doesn't move at all.
Tried multiple re-installations. I even wiped my existing drive data to do a clean install, still no cigar.
I can install Yosemite on my main drive all day long but after installation, when I boot from my main drive I get the apple logo and a frozen progress bar. (Step 7) I'm getting pretty frustrated... I don't know what else to try other than reformatting my drive which i really don't want to do. I...
EXACTLY MY PROBLEM!

I've tried multiple reinstalls
