Great! Mine is also working with 10.9.3 update on asus gtx 760. Used nvidia web driver update and boot flag nvda_drv=1. I also get an Update required from cuda. Updates will probably follow..?

For my config: GA-Z87X-UD5H, Asus GTX760 DCII OC 2GB, chimera 2.2.1, I don't get any changes when GE=Yes. Same 1Ghz stuck when using quicklook. GPU at 44C at the moment..

What System Definition are you guys running? I'm running MacPro3,1 and only get 2 g-states on my gtx760 (1GHz and 1,15GHz). I saw that MacPro3,1 is not mentioned in the agpm.kext/Contents/info.plist. Did anyone try to edit the g-states in the AGPM? I get a kp when changing to MacPro5,1/4,1...
