Solve the problem. It was python! I've installed a new python version with brew. This new version is in /usr/local/bin/python but not in /usr/bin anymore where the installer (MacPro3,1.pkg) was looking for it. sudo ln -s /usr/local/bin/python /usr/bin/python was the solution!:clap:
