I have the same problem. I'm using the latest Cuda web Drivers with my GTX 660 and After Effects and Premiere Pro CC 2014 doesn't recognise CUDA acceleration. I only can get OpenCL acceleration.

I have exactly the same problem and the same board. With the 5.3.1 the problem is gone. Thanks guys.
