Installed without problems. Core i3 still shows as "Dual Core Xeon" though. Everything else seems and feels the same. I wonder if the GT240 got any updated drivers...- klische

GA-H55N-USB3 with Core i7-860 ... Comp just shuts off
Did you ever find a solution to this? I'm having the same problem with a GT240 and i3-530. EDIT: make sure to use a clean dvd. even slightly scratched can throw it off- klische
