I also changed the boot disk priorities in BIOS, but have no idea what caused the prohibited sign to come up everytime I try to boot now. Does anyone have suggestions?

Thank you. So after playing around with some settings in Multibeast I got the prohibited sign whenever I tried to boot Sierra. Even after I deleted the partition and did fresh install I got that sign. What have I possibly messed up here? :|
