Sapphire HD 6450 works OOB in 10.13.3 (ASRock H110M-ITX/ac with Pentium G4560). The only problem was the 10-bit colour shifting, fixed by setting the resolution in Display Menu. After a safe boot followed by normal boot, the problem went away. It runs smoothly. Good luck.

Kind of. Before this card, sleep worked except when occasionally resetting my BIOS settings. That's why I stopped using it. Also, when shutting down the computer, it immediately starts up again. With this card, sleep seems to work, but after shutdown the computer starts again. Then it works...

Thanks, I fixed it by deleting the 2 Intel SKL files. FCPX works, but there is a pause every few seconds. I fixed the pause by unplugging the iGPU cable from the monitor (DVI). Something to do with multiple screens.
