The first part of the script says your EFI partition isn't mounted. Did you mount it first using EFI Mounter v3? Or are you really using Clover in legacy mode?
I had the same issue. I was able to boot back up using the UniBeast El Capitan usb stick though. Now I'm replacing all the files in the /EFI/Clover folder on my Mac HD's EFI partition with those in the same place on the USB to start my Clover config from scratch again. Something in the audio...
Wind06 you are a genius! :headbang:
That solution worked for me too. I haven't had Parallels installed on machine for years but some of the data must get left behind after an install and restored with Time Machine. If anybody else is looking for a solution and has EVER had Parallels installed...
I turned usekernelcache back to "yes" but I still get slow restarts and shutdowns too. At least I can keep the kernel cache on and the machine is stable though. Anyone else find a solution to the slow restarts/shutdowns?
I think I've finally got my machine running 10.10 with everything working using UseKernelCache=no. But I've noticed that every time I restart or shutdown my hackintosh it takes it about 5 whole minutes to shutdown. Anyone else seeing that?
Hey everyone. If your experience with the Yosemite installation has been anything like mine it hasn't exactly been stress-free. After trying multiple different multibeast configs I was able to get my machine to boot and work successfully as far as I can tell. I have a GTX 970 and am using the...
I sure hope so. It's so buggy. I can't boot up without turning kernel cache off or using -f. If I get the graphics to work, the sound won't, if I get the sound to work something else breaks. Hopefully they are working on a new Multibeast right now and it will be out soon. This is frustrating.
This seems to have fixed the issue for me. Booted temporarily with the -f flag, ran multibeast, I chose the latest Mac Mini definition instead, deleted the 3rd party sata kext, and now I can boot.
EDIT: Never mind. A few reboots later and I'm getting the same error again. I'm going to try...
Same issue here except with a 660Ti, installed FakeSMC, and now it freezes at boot on the desktop. Tried to reboot a few times with the same result, even got a kernel panic one time. Any idea how to revert back to the old FakeSMC without plugins?
