My laptop is Acer V3-571G Intel i5 3210M, Geforce GT 630M. I Deleted those files but nothing happened...

The kext is loaded sucessfully, but the nvidia card still being detected, Idle temp is 60-70*C and when I open google chrome it run up to 75*C, hotter than before :( Note: I think speedstep is not woring right? Sometimes CPU's speed upto 2.9GHz for no reason in about 30s :-?

Can you tell me more about what is significantly BIOS directly shield? I don't know much about BIOS :S

I'll check and reply later :) I used Ivy PM SSDT over a month, and sometime I have x86platformplugin loaded when change smbios, but I don't know to re-enable it again :( try all smbios that have ivy bridge cpus :( Update: I found my problem is AppleHDAdisabler.kext block me from loading...

Here you are: I tried almost of smbios in Chameleon Wizard's list and got speedstep working with Macmini 6,2, macbookpro 8,1..., temp of CPU decrease from 80*C -> 65~70*C but the GT630M still working now and my laptop still very hot when idle :(

My latop has intel HD4000 Graphics and nVidia Geforce GT630M 2GB card. The second one is not detected by Mac OS X but it's still working so my laptop is very hot! I search for over a week on Google but no chance :( So, if anyone know, plz help me :crazy: I'll very appreciate your help!

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! I found that there is a kext named disabler.kext in Extra folder, I deleted it and X86platformshim worked in ioreg!!! Speedstep also works, highest freq is 2.9Ghz :) Cpu temp is down to 49*C instead of 60*C!!! :lolno:
