As there are now only four active USB ports in IOReg, the boot problem was clearly a serious one. I don't know if it changes anything, but just in case I've recompiled a complete Problem Report with the single disk boot.

Booted with one disk. When I use EFI Mounter v3 to open the EFI, three disks appear, Clover is in the one EFI Mounter says is the boot disk, the others are empty (as usual). There are six KextToPatch in the EFI, it's the same Clover file as previously sent, so I'm just sending the new ioreg...

I'm not sure how that could be possible. Everything was made at the same time, same boot. I have a backup partition on another disk, I'll unplug it to make sure there's only one system disk on the build and redo Clover - IOReg.

Thanks for giving time to this. I couldn't use the gen-debug.sh because it wants me to use F4 on Clover boot, but when I do that the system freeze, no more mouse or keyboard functions. So I did everything manually. I don't think I missed anything !

I'm curious to know how you managed to fit an H55 to a 1151 motherboard. I ordered one because it says it's compatible with 1151 on Corsair's web page, but the backplate doesn't line up with the holes on the board.

Update : Solved. The problem came from the fact that I had activated the graphics option in Unibeast for my GPU, but had not installed the GPU in case this complicated the install. Once installed and the monitor hooked up to the GPU, all went well. I'm still sorting out some problems - no audio...
