For the GA-Z87MX-D3H users, I can highly recommend using the latest Ozmosis 1479 bios. With my setup (see signature), no additional kext installation is needed and the system works perfectly well.

This looks strange, as the real Mac mini has 2 slots, only.

I believe, when you would use "Mac mini" as system definition, them it will show only 2 slots available and used.

I am using the B85N, too:) Works very well, just removed one ram dimm for installation.

1.) Make Sure that all components are assembled correctly (RAM & CPU & Graphic Card) 2.) Check all Cable connections (at least twice) 3.) Make a CMOS reset (check the manual of the motherboard) Give it a try again :thumbup:

I like it very much, the system runs perfectly well and fast (much faster than my previous Mac Mini). There is nothing I would change.

As far as I know, the Prolimatech is one of the few cooler's not blocking the PCIe slot... I will check on this again. I've already the PSU, it is a modified "Fortron/Source FSP350-60EGN(90) 350W 80+ Gold": Cheers Mike
